Doctor's win, especially if you count all the people that are captains of military organizations and aren't even superheros, and all of the superheros that are doctors, like Lizard being Dr. Curt Conners and such.

Doctor's win easily though. Cpt. Marvel (Billy and/or Genis) are the only roadblocks I can think of. And Dr. Strange could take them both on his own. Add in Wildstorm's D and the victory would be much more complete, as well as environmentally sound.. 🙂

No fair, the Doctors have Jesus...

And I don't think Strange could take Genis without some good prep, currently. Bringing in the Vishanti or pooling all of his artifacts aside, of course. Just him and his spells, I'd say Genis wins. The Doctors win, of course, but I think Genis would take a very good number of them with him.
