i would pair ron and hermione, and Harry with Ginny because it makes sense. in the 5th book when Hermione asks ron a question and Harry says it was like Mrs weasley asking Mr. weasley aquestion which i think is a fortelling of ron/hermione getting together.
confused1You lost me at "because".
And now it's time for another in-depth exploration of siriuswriter's mind...
I am a very big Ron/Hermione shipper. I’m not so keen on Harry/Ginny. I mean, I know it’s going to happen and all that, I’m just not that fond of her character. I think I find her a little too arrogant for her own good. I’ve read a lot of editorials on how JK has shaped her exactly for Harry, and all that, and I see how it works. It just sort of gives me a shiver. Maybe they’re too much like brother and sister? I dunno. Those two don’t work for me, I know they’re very much canon, so I support them in that way, but if given a choice, I won’t write it. I’m a Remus/Tonks all the way… and I think there’s a very large possibility that Dumbledore lost someone dear in the war with Grindlewald.
I absolutely loathe Harry and Hermione. No matter how well written – no. NO!! They aren’t meant for each other. I don’t care how many times Hermione hugs Harry in the movies. I don’t care about the “I’m scared for you…” line. Those two, together, creep me out to no end. They are BEST FRIENDS!!
Which leads to a (quite rightly) asked, “Well who should Harry be with, then?” I don’t think Harry should be with ANYONE until the Final Battle has been fought. He’s just got too much baggage that he needs to work through, and I think that he needs to defeat Voldemort, breathe a great big sigh of relief, get some therapy for God’s sake, and then he can think about having a relationship. Because, come on. Living in a cupboard under the stairs until you’re eleven years old cannot lead to a healthy realational life. We all saw what happened when Harry finally let his emotions out in Order of the Phoenix – CAPSLOCK HARRY REIGNED. So what’s going to happen when everything is over and he finally has a chance to let loose? Let’s think about this...
So I usually like writing/reading Harry post-War with Original Characters. Characters with pasts of their own, things they’ve got to work through on their own, and then, lo and behold, they can work through their dysfunctionalism together. Isn’t that sweet? Well, I think it is. Don’t look at me that way.
My somewhat (ok, ok very) guilty pleasure ships are well-written Draco/Ginny and Draco/Hermione. But I stress that they must be well-written. If Draco suddenly turns into a sensitive, falling over himself to apologize to Hermione for calling her a Mudblood all those years… that is NOT “well-written.” Draco and Ginny, I feel have a match because they are complete opposites, and we all know the saying that goes along with that. And Draco/Hermione… well that might be just a hot sex thing. Who knows. But when it’s well done… boy do the sparks fly. I’m addicted to those things.
Maybe I shouldn’t have admitted that.

You just put an extremely disturbing mental image in my mind, by the way. Me... in... leather... GAHHH!
😕
😕😱
Still my favorites: (Note, I'm not going to go into detail now because it is 4 PM and my waffles just popped out of the toaster and I want to eat them. I'll do it when they are eaten.)
Harry/Ginny
Ron/Luna
Hermione/Neville (I waver on this one)
Slash:
Hermione/Ginny (😖hifty: )
Ron and Hermione
Why
The two have great chemistry and H/H just don' have any. they have a platonic love harry and hermione do. Ron and Hermione were meant to be. the hero doesn't always get the girl cause sometime he doesn't want her
-------------------------
Others include
Luna/Harry-Because It is sort of cute. they do have a lot of chemistry
Harry/Ginny-My real ship for the harry thing. It is just canon my friend..ment to be
