So I know that it's quite normal for guys to look at porn etc etc....but my brother keeps using my laptop to check sites..and it's given my computer a virus....plus it's kind of disturbing to have in my history...so do I ask him to stop doing it? ...not exactly the kind of thning I want to discuss with him...lookaround

get a new computer or have it erased

Go to Tools ==> Internet Options ==> Earse Hostory Button (near bottom) And set Record hstory to 0

Then Clear Cookies, And Clear Temporary internet Files.

Doesn't help if he keeps doing it though.. ❌

yes it does, Beacsue your internet catch will always be Earased at midnight, So any Files thats in the history will disappear.

And seeing as it is YOUR laptop Set up a password for your account, And just don't let him use it.

ask him to stop...you dont need the hassle or headache a virus can give your computer cuz brother is getting off on porn...even if e does so in private....in the end, its at your expense.

personally if you dont mind him using your laptop then tell him it has been getting virus's from the pron sites you know he is on and that normally you wouldnt care as it is his business what he does in private....however it being your laptop and you dont fancy having to pay for a new one....cut it out...

I agree with KMP, set up a password for your account and then wait for him to approach you about why he can't get on the computer. Then just tell him why you locked him out.
