Yeah, I agree with you and I have no problem excepting that Namor can left a tanker. Infact I think your scans are pretty accurate accounting of his strength but if you want everyone to believe that they are accurate depections of his strength you need much more then a dozen or so feats from is close to 70 years in comics.

That and I doubt Wolvie could deal a force comparable to 3000lbs of TNT. Carol specifically says that that is AT LEAST how much she can take in New Avengers.

Peak Human - 1000 lbs. Very strong, yes.
Superhuman class 50 - 50 tons. Beyond the scope of human achievement in any way. 100,000lbs. She is literally 100x stronger than Wolvie.
