Her so called "stomack" that was ripped out is actually just a part of the ribbon thing around her waist. She is indeed on the ground after, which in itself is extreme PIS. But his claws did not penetrate her skin.

4 issues later, after Wolvie's had his space adventure, him and Carol go out for dinner and she looks prefectly fine.
