Scanner

I work for the Cambece Law firm and we have a scanner that is weird. If it’s plugged in to USB 1.1 it works, but it slow. if its in a USB 2.0 port it get detected, but wont scan. Has anyone else had this problem with a scanner or any other device?

Re-install the scanner, and make sure its the same port.

if it is the SCANNER that is slow, Then there is nothing you can do about it.
