The spirt of Christmas ?

I had a funny experence this morning when walking past an old man. I don't know why but for some reason I said "Merry Christmas" the man stoped and shaked my hand, he then walked down the road stoping people and shaking their hands saying "Merry Christmas" everyone he said it to where beaming and started saying "Merry Christmas" and other greetings to each other.
It was quite beautiful just watching people wish each other a merry Christmas and I was wondering when was the last time YOU wished a stranger Merry Christmas?

seriously I always say good morning/afternoon to people I walk past in the street but I don't think I have ever said Merry Christmas.

fav christmas is getting up before the sun rises, going for a jog.hearing the kids scream in glee as you pass from one house to the next.
getting back to the hectic ceremony going on in every house in the country. 🙂

Ok, sorry. It's lovely that you had such a nice experience, I talk to strangers all the time. Some are weirdly disturbed, but most are polite in return.

I was getting bagels today, and I decided to hold the door open for the next person walking in. So the guy says "Oh you only did that because of the holidays." So I replied by saying "You're damn right, normally I would have slammed the door in your face"!
Then he laughed. Yay! 💃

Yeah, I said merry christmas to someone randomly this morning while getting a coke.

I don't say Merry Chgristmas, I don't like the Christmas Spirit and I don't like people.....I like presents though.

I don't think I've ever said it to a stranger... *sniff* I shall tomorrow! hehe. Random people have said hi to me! people do it a lot now ever since that dude in the year ahead of me in school started getting his friends to stalk me... 😕

I like talking to people randomly though! Except when they're no fun and think you're weird though 😒
