Marka Ragnos and Ludo vs. Naga and Simus

Naga weaker than Marka,stronger than Ludo(long fight but Naga would win).Simus lost against Marka(the simus in this fight is not the head in a pickle jar, but the full power Simus) but would win against Ludo.Marka could(or did)beat any of these but since Ludo is the underdog here,it could be close.

Simus was taken out by Ragnos and Sadow did not dare to move against him even when he was dying. I think he had a reason. Ragnos would win.

Naga would win against Kresh and so would Simus,I doubt that Ragnos would place his hopes on Ludo he would be killed soon and then it's the two of them on Marka, but your option is an interesting one, a clash of vibroblades, all of them jumping and twisting around, objects flying across the fight setting, could go any way

Ragnos is to scared to move... Sadow never defeated Ludo, the fight stopped because Ragnos his gost appeared.

Seriously Sadow will shit in his pants as soon as Ragnos moves a finger, and for a very good reason. He didn't dare to against a weakened and defeated Ragnos and he didn't dare to move against a ghost. He knew that Ragnos was more powerful then he could have ever hoped to be there is no way he or anybody else of that time even united would stand against Ragnos. When he also has a heavy weight like Kressh to help him, well its going to be that much easier.

Take care of one of them and then take out the second thats fighting Ludo.

Ragnos is far more powerful then Naga. Remember that Naga wouldn't dare attack Ragnos even as Ragnos lay on his deathbed. Ragnos could probably take Sadow and Simus at the same time, as he took Simus when he was much younger and weaker.
