US-Agent vs Deathstroke

US-Agent is class ten in strength and as Superhuman reflexes and Agility he been exstensvly trained by Captain America. Who wins? the U.S. Agent Walker also wears a costume made of chain mail and carries a shield made of Vibranium, which can absorb the vibrations from concussive forces directed against it.

I'd say Slade. USAgent is fast, but Deahstroke is a good deal faster. The shield is useful, but Agent can't exactly stand up to having his limbs cut off. Skillwise, they're pretty equal. Deathstroke takes him with superior speed, agility, etc, and a better arsenal.
