Stalemate. Kitty stays phased and can't be hurt and Sue stays invisible and can't be found.

Plus sue can fly and kitty can't. Sue waits for kitty to unphase and then gets her. Kitty will soon get tired.

Kitty's natural state is phased, she only needs to put any effort in to become solid.

why not sue use a invisible blast of some sort and hit shadow cat when she's not expecting it. Idk unless shadow cat constantly is using her powers sue cann get her. If sue stays invisible ..shadow cat can't do crap.

why not kitty phase a rock of some sort through sue when she's not expecting it. Idk unless sue constantly is using her powers kitty can get her. If kitty stays phased ..sue can't do crap.

Shadowcat can sort of fly, when phased shes able to "walk on air" or whatever. Anyhow yeah this is a stalemate, although I could see Kitty's ninja-ish training helping her to find Sue.
If they were fighting without powers Kitty would win 10/10
