Skilled bounty-hunter Samus Aran with all her weapons (standard armor) v.s. Intimidating monostosity General Grievous with all four of his sabers. Who'd win?

once again it depends, which Greivous? Pre Episode 3 Greivous before Mace Windu uses force Grip and turns him from Super Greivous unstoppable pwnage to coughing gimp that makes Darth Vader look like Jack Lalane (supposedly the healthiest man alive last I checked, he's in his 80s or so but can still body build and stuff like he was 30)?
