Well in UK legal age for Drinking is 18, but the legal age for sex is 16, but get this right the minimum age for watching a porn movie with sex in is 18.
So you can have sex at 16 and possibly have children, but you can't go see a movie to watch sex although you can partake in it, if you do have children before the age of 18 you cannot celebrate this with anything more potent that a cup of tea!
