Otherwise, I really don't know what else you could do. 😬

I'm going to have to go on "Internet Options" in the "Tools" option on the the top of the screen to see what's wrong with the files

It's a bug with IE.

Right-click the preview for the attachment posted on the last page, and select Save Target As. Then it'll work.
