Why are you still claiming he did that? He did not sodomize Spectre, merely had Hal messed up thinking if he moved it would destroy the rest of reality [not that he couldn't just remake it again anyways, which he does at the end of the story regardless], and the last time Spectre faced one of them, he just eye-beamed it and it was over. They are NOT above Spectre at all.
And the Imp is not inside of Jakeem anymore either, they already got it out and re-imprisoned it, and came back to the mortal realm, Jakeem DOES have Thunderbolt with him still though..
