There's no way it's on par with any of The Endless.

It's more like the opposite of Parallax, but it hasn't done anything yet.

IIRC the Monitors consider Ion's contact with KyleRayner to be a big problem which makes it at least universal in scope (especially if you take what Ion actually is into account).
