If he can breach Onslaught he could breach thru Doom as well.

He absorbed Gallactus to challange Byonder.

And in the Onslaught saga he made a nother device to drain his power as well. All that goes under PIS if you ask me.

He may not have to use that "anti-mutant" button often, but the option to use it is still there for him with it right in his armor.[

And it's not PIS if it's well within his abililty to do so, which it very much is.

Besides last time I checked Apo has higher Invulnerability than Doom.
Witch are one of the few reasons why Cable stands a chance.

That's cause I didn't give a choice. But you are right, I will lean further towards Doom. And, comparing Doom and Apocalypse isn't the best thing, cause last I checked, Doom's success rate is far higher than Apocalypse, even though the guy's been around for over 5000 years. And why Doom would win? For a simple comparison, Cable, as powerful as he was, was still beaten by Silver Surfer, who in turn has been owned by Doom on multiple occasions. And, other reasons were also given, like the handy ability to turn off the mutant gene, which is built right into his armor. You can argue that he doesn't always use it, but it doesn't change the fact that the option's still there.

What keeps Cable from simply popping Doom’s head?

Or what about a psionic spear that is similar to Phsylock’s kinetic blade?

Or that Cable isn’t resourceful enough to cook up a plan during the fight if he has his A.I. Computer in his arm. (I mean that is one of greater advantages is his CQC or am I wrong?)

Or witch is better the arsenal that Doom Carries in his armor, or 40th century arsenal that Cable carries?

Well, considering that he allowed the Purple Man to go to town on his mind, and he failed horribly, that's enough proof right there. Is his mind completely invulnerable? Doubtful, but he's still shown that his telepathic resistance is pretty damn high.

And there's nothing saying that Cable couldn't come up with a plan, but what's to say that Doom won't already have a plan of his own, and a contingency plan behind that?

Ill just argue that Doom as good as his technolgyis. His Psychic defenses aren’t as high as Onslaughts, and Cable is more than capable of shutting down his mind.

It comes down to how quick Doom can press his button vs. how quick Cable can shut his mind.

If that’s the case than I give it to Cable.

Under dooms powers you might want to put wielder of magic, seeing that after Strange he is actually the 2nd best human practicioner of magic on Earth, even Strange has admitted that.

Beyonder and/or Wynndar have also mentioned that Xavier has failed to read Doom's mind.
