[Red River Boarding School]

*James sighed as he stood up, he walked over to er, and gently kissed her on the cheek*

"Yes you are" he said as he walked over to the tree and climbed up it.

She watched him as he climbed up the tree, then she let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding. She hesitated before she spoke.

"...why do you like me?" she asked in a voice just above a whisper.

*James looked at her*

"Because you are sweet and kind. thats the main thing that matters, and of coarse you are beautiful" he said as he hung on the branch upside down "Is there something wrong with me liking you?"

She shook her head quickly, still determined to avoid eye contact with him as she tried to control her change in complexion.

"No, of course not. it's just that I barely know you, I find it hard to believe you can like me so easily. And also I haven't had anyne like me before..." she then chose that time to glance up at him. "What I'm even more confused about, is the fact that I might be starting to like you too..."

*James smiled at her sweetly*

"and....why is that?" he asked in a mocking tone

She raised an eyebrow at him.

"Are you mocking me, James? And to answer your question... I don't really know. I shouldn't let myself get involved so easily." she pouted to herself.

*James laughed a bit, and accidentally fell of the branch and landed on his back*

'...ow..." he said "and yes.. i was mocking you"

She laughed and leaned over him.

"Are you alright? Funny how we have lots in common. If I remember correctly, I myself was in this position yesterday." she smiled at him, still leaning over his fallen form.

*James laughed a little bit*

"i think your right" he said "and... erm... i can see down your shirt" he looked away

"Oh! Eh... sorry." she said, quickly leaning back with her palm over the top of her shirt. "So tell me about yourself... since we wont be doing anything for a while. Were you in a wheel chair yesterday?"

*James laughed a bit and looked back at her*

"i got my ass kicked by the teacher zane, and i couldnt walk for a few days" he said "it dont matter now... why did you come to this school?"

"I was't really fitting in with everyone around me... so I moved and I ended up here." She smiled at him. "though I can't say I can complain tho.."

*James smiled as he turned into a puffy baby fox again and waltzed around her, like he looked tough*

"...."

She giggled, lifting him up into her palms and she kissed him on the nose gently.

"I wonder where you're from... and if you were able to fit in with everyone around you as well." she said. rubbing his puffy cheek with her knuckle.

*James smiled and didnt move, he just did a small, quiet bark*

"...."

"So, do you have a girlfriend? or had one?" She asked, embarrassed by her own question.

*James looked at her and shook his fluffy head no, he just looked at her*

"...."

🤨 "Ever? Wow... well, I think that's all going to change." She smiled at him, then rephrased what she had just said. "I mean, because now all the girls will see the new you and, without a doubt, they'll all goggle over you." ^^;

*James looked at her, and tilted his head sideways, to look cute*

"........"

"I wonder what you think when you're in this cute little form of yours." She said, tilting her head to copy him in an attempt to look cute too.
