(*sigh, I can never work up the energy to roleplay anymore.)
(I'm with you there..... My desire to actually participate has been running hella low.)
"Synn..." Still breathing heavily, and his arm covered in blood, he could have sworn someone had called him. "Synn..." Looking up and down the hall, the transfer student saw no one. Now where is that boy?
"Mom?" Staggering as he got up, Synn began to walk away from his body. We need to leave now, kiddo. Hurry up. Looking back at his body, he decided to risk it. His mom was somewhere around here and his body was safe. Approaching the door leading to the courtyard, his blood dripped down his fingers to splatter on the floor. Although Synn was physically invisible to everyone else's eyes, his blood was not. As it landed, the red liquid created a trail behind him.

"But I don't want to go mom."
"You don't want to go to the carnival?" His mom was rushing to get ready to take her boys out. "Come on, it'll be fun."
"I don't feel well. You should just take Fai and Kai."
"You sure? It'll just be you and Grandpa."
"Yes."
"Okay, hun."

He was sitting out on the landing of his grandpa's family home. His grandfather was out tending the Japanese garden, leaving Synn to sit by the pond in his grey kimono. The koi inhabiting the pool swam between his feet, brushing there cool scales against his skin. That was when he had seen it. He was seven then. The red eyes had scared him into scream and attracting his grandfathers attention. The beast hadn't want him then. After feasting on grandpa's soul it had disappeared, leaving Synn weeping over his grandfather's body, his hands covered in blood.

"Synn..." Opening his eyes, Synn found himself back in his body. He was leaning again the lower lockers, their dials pressing into his back. "What.... What happened?"
