Kari jumped a bit as she looked at Kiyo behind her. She shrugged her shoulders a bit, looking down at her small legs, afraid of embarrassing herself in front of everyone.
Ayuka smiled at Kel and ruffled up his hair. "How could I say no to a face like yours? It's too cute." She flicked her ears teasingly as she glanced around the mall, wondering where they should go.
Kiyo looked down. "Oh..." He sighed. "It's Okay... Don't be ashamed of youself. Be proud of who you are... Besides a little fat on your legs doesn't make a difference to me. Your still very beautiful in my eyes." He wrapped his arms around her middle comfortingly. "Now come on.. Do you wanna jog with me?"
Kari blushed a bit as his arms wrapped around her. She blinked as her ears pinned down. Despite how good his intentions were, she was still uncomfortable. Her tail lashed, also showing her discomfort. She looked at the people running and shook her head. She didn't want to run, she just wanted to try to get through the hour by standing there, hoping that she wouldn't get yelled at.

Kiyo turned her around in his arms. "I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable.." He inched his face closer to hers, wanting to feel her soft lips against his. When he felt his lips brush against hers, he pulled back, frightened at how she would react.
Kari felt her face burn in embarrassment. She blushed wildly as girls stared at her and Kiyo. It had been so sudden, she had been so unprepared. That was her first kiss.. She felt a bit violated, wanting to save her kiss for someone she loved. She liked Kiyo but didn't love him yet. They had just met. She pinned down her ears as her tail lashed faster, puffing out on the tip. "I'm sorry. I... I have to go." She rushed out of the gym and into the girl's locker room. She felt confused and in a daze, wishing that Ayuka was there.
Kari's head lifted up as she heard a voice. She pinned her ears down, a little disappointed not to find Ayuka. The voice had been reassuring so she had easily mistaken it for someone else's (did that even make sense? o.O). Kari smiled a little at the girl. "Yeah. I'm ok. Just got a little heated up over something in the gym. It's ok now."

Almost immediately, Kari's ears pinned down. She lashed her tail again and grasped it into her hands. She licked her finger and smoothed down the tuffs at the ends. "Oh... Yeah, sorta. It's ok though." Kari was mad, she was just upset. She still felt like a part of her life had been taken without even her permission. It had been a sweet gesture, she had to admit, but one that he could have asked for. She realized she was clutching her tail as she yelped in pain. She let go of her tail and glared at it. "Sorry about that, I get nervous and just... pull on the wrong limb."
