I am back and more than ready to talk Tolkien! If I don't get around to looking up some of the old interesting threads tonight, I will get to it sometime this weekend.

Although..... since we do have some new members and it has been a long time for the "lifers" on here to REALLY get into some good discussions on the books and the movies, I say we let some of the old threads die and pick up on a new generation of talk. 🙂 I mean in the old threads the threads are so long and over-disscussed that it would take a year to read and a miracle to write something original!!!!

Damn its a shame! The bad thing about LotR is that its all seemed to have ended. Something like Star Wars and theres lots of expanded universe literature and so forth, with anything 'elvish' theres nothing like that. Can't balme Tolkien though!
