General Tourney Discussion

I think some prep time items should be banned .....like mutant supressors (or whatever there called, the things that forge made)

if someone has a mutant, it just takes them out immediatly, acting like a instant kill.....

prep time should only be about practice and planning.... not creating new items or going back to the Batcave for all the extra weaponry you never carry

thats what i thought...but someone on the other thread was talking about having reed, or tony make up stuff.......

ok so are we having three or four picks?

and would Gravitokinesis be banned? (ability to control gravity?)

Graviton is obviously not featuring in this tourney, Gravity might.... but he really hasn't had enough showings to say he'd beat any big name characters

We had a standard equipment policy last tourney that would cover that. Only stuff they carry normally (regular IM suit, batarangs and some grenades, DD's club-thingy, etc.). I doubt inventing stuff will be allowed in the tourney (Bat-anti-life-ray...lol)

the annoying thing is trying to prioritise picks...... if i put aside one of my more powerful but lesser mainstream choices to try and get the one everyone knows first.... i may lose out on an important team member.... but if i don't do it in that order there's no way i'd get the more popular one as i'm sure others have him pencilled into their teams by now as well

EXACTLY!!!! and I have two such characters.....just gonna have to go with the most important one......dammit that sucks so much.....

phasing and teleportation have already been decided upon (read previous pages). Teleportation especially has been discussed and Dizzle has made the choice. So you can pick NC, but with no insta-wins like teleporting opponents into trees and such.

As for multiple man, someone else asked as well a while ago and Dizzle said he's ok, so long pig, there's your answer.

actually he already banned it because of exactly that, the kamakazi move....
