if there are still a couple of teams with only 3 by then do they just play with 3 throughout the tourney?

Meh, I don't really know. Neither fight for quite a while, (and awesomely enough, the 2 with 3 fight each other first) so I'm inclined to cut them some slack and post their final choices here, since the draft thread will get unpinned tomorrow.

If they're match comes along and they have 3, they're stuck. And likely screwed, but such is life.
