Nobody picked The Tick for this tourney... 🙁 He woulda been my ace in the hole.
Actually, even though he's just kind of a Thing-type, he's never really been seriously injured (woosy and incoherent, yes, but not bodily injured) so he might have been beyond the killability limit (since "nigh invulnerable" is the best you'll find in a bio). 🙂 Spooon!
And were Rogue and Storm banned for some reason? I at least figured SF would have picked Storm, so she must have been over one of the limits.
All the others I thought about for this tourney were picked though.

storm was banned because she has too much skill in her power. example:turning a whole storm into one super lightning bolt, creating storms the size of the western hemisphere, stuff like that.
Stupid power copiers.... 😘 .... I like Mimic because he has set limits and can't get too powerful.... but others like Amazo or Duplicate Boy are just rediculous.... just seems like a cheap way of saying:
"I can't think of a decent character so i'll just copy off of whomever i have to fight"
I can see them getting banned from future tourneys

and is there any way we can somehow stop all the . . . assistance that is often given in these tourneys? outsiders should be left to ask questions or call bullsh!t if they have PROOF that bllsh!t has indeed been claimed. if someone needs clarification of something than they should ask the competitors. if they don't know, then whatever they were trying should be disallowed. burden of proving feats and powers should fall on the competitors in these things, and not from the onlookers and voters.
don't know your guys well enough -- pick someone else or hit the books and study 'em!
