First Age Spawn Notes
Issues #1-50, we see a meter that determines how much power or energy Spawn is using.
Spawn uses his powers in a conservetive manner (really, only when he fights), but he goes battle after battle before its depleted.
I can only determine that, this should not be a big factor in an OBD match. I doubt he will deplete his energy in a single match, when he has had countless matches over the 50 issue run.
When he returns from Hell issues #54-100. The meter does not appear, and Spawn uses his powers more deliberately. I am wondering if after his re-resurrection….is he still bounded or handicapped to a restricted energy reserves?
Edit - On issue 160, Spawn admits, that he is and should not be effected by the counter.
It is a weakness, he rid himself when he killed of Mel. KoH (2nd Age) and God Spawn (4th age) are not effected. But even 3rd age Spawn isn’t effected by the counter if you look back over the issues, and keep in mind Spawns claim. However it is still difficult to decided if, 1st age Spawn (second half) is still affected by the counter or not. By Spawns statements, he should. By showings of the comic itself, he doesn’t.
Lets try to categorize Spawns significant feats.
Issues 1-100 are considered “First Age”
Issues 101- 119 are considered “Second Age” (Aka King of Hell)
Issues 120 - 160 are considered his “Third Age”
Issues 161 - 163 are considered his “Fourth Age”
Issues 164 - 170 (current) I dub thee “Fifth Age"
Why Fifth Age or Current Current?
If you have not bin following recent issues. Spawn seems to be at his all time weakest. It seems he lost more then just his God like powers. He can not perform many of the abilities from his previous incarnations.
When he was asked to show what he could do with his abilities. The most he showed was breathing fire, and manipulation of his chains. I guess he AL will be vary reliant of his suit this time around.
To help navigate, and ease the load of going through the respect thread. I will place feats under certain categories.

That old lady was not God. Just some angel impersonating God. God and Satan where off in a timeless limbo (IIRC- could be dead wrong), and decided to bring them back so as Wanda’s babies.
