scorpion can kill any SFer with a touch and teleportation intantly
raiden can hit characters with endlesss lightning
shinnok can cause a whirlwind that throws the SF cast for miles
etc etc etc.. the list goes on and on.. it's not even fair really...

oro, gill, akuma, and alpha bison, and possibly rose are really the only significantly major threats here.. hell I bet shao kahn's shadow priests would easily kill over half the SF cast by themselves.. nevermind the other top tier MK fighters.

and raiden, shao kahn, shinnok, and fujin, can destroy their planets with relative ease... no one's counting the SF fighters out easily.. we just don't think SF wins because there's been no presentable argument to dictate that they could.
