Yeah, in Republic, Dooku took on both Sora and Master Tholme and beat both of them. So... uh, he definitely wins.

Sora's strong, strong enough to gice Mace a little competition so he'd make Dooku try hard but would definately lose. I said option #2.

Dooku could beat Mace, so yes, Sora would lose.

Dooku definetly fins, with a bit of difficulty, but wins.

I think Dooku and Mace would be even. Although its hard to compare some fights in SW because of different circumstances and too many variables, if Mace had walked in on Dooku, Obi-Wan and Anakin in Episode 2, I think Mace would have forced Dooku to escape like Yoda did.
