Most unlikely. The male prostata keeps Urin from leaving when the penis is erect, so it most probably was soft.

And that doesn't make you a bad person. It's not like you did in on purpose but you have to see that that guy might actually be very hurt.

Like I said, it could have been a Semi...(he's not fully soft, nor is he hard). That would explain the smaller size, with peeing without holding.
