Waaait, I agree with you Sorgo, but Quin never tried with Mace...they were having a friendly spar when Quin used a Vaapad manuever and Mace took him down right there...Quin knows the Vaapad basics and some Makashi.
FTR: Quinlan says Sora Bulq taught him the Vaapad before the Schism. Vos was with Dooku for a while too

Mace force pushed Vos before Vos got a chance to put it to him.

That's the name of the graphich novel, but the actual little comic(or whatever it's called) is Schism. Just though you might like to know that LS was referring to the same thing.
