- "We might never get off it" - Brittany said and took out an stared at her clock which had stopped - "It never stops yet here it has."

"Wheel in the sky keeps on turning" Jack said. He stood back up and took off his shirt and shoes and jumped into the lake. It was a warm day none the less and their location appeared to be somewhere near the equator.

Alex and John headed north at a nice pace but yet a strange noise seemed to have followed them. The noise was like a loud screech that started in a real high-piched tone and ended in a low-pitch note. The futher north Alex and John went the fainter the noise became. The white beach the two walked on turned from sand to hard dirt.

Jack and Brittany headed south. Jack led Brittany into the forest.

Jack spotted a lake just south from the pillar of the wall. Jack started to move faster through the trees seeing the lake and wondering if any wildlife would be found there. Brittany kept up with Jack's pace through the trees.

awww no way no water .......... for miles ................what do we do we cant stay here

The strange noise that followed Alex and John vanished in a flash.

............. that was weird eeeh John ? .............. im not staying here its a dam desert

Everything around the two went silent. Nothing could be heard anywhere, you couldn't even feel the wind. To your right stood the two hundred foor pillar with the mighty wall behind it. Down at the base of the pillar you could see a crack on the wall big enough for someone to go through to the other side.

...............eh im not camping here , its too hot no water no shade im going th other way i dont care if the captain hates me or not * walks into the direction of the crack* im not die here * aims gun ahead while walking in the crack*

Inside the wall was a huge forest and in the center appeared to be an ancient temple.

Jack was on the side of the lake laying on the grass. He wondered when the orders from the captain would come.

John silently woke up stretching. He started to look around noticeing it was night time again. John wondered what was going on he walked to jack. "How long was i out what happen when i was out."

"Something wrong Kyle?" Jack asked

"bored"

Stacy looked around the forest. She saw dense trees and a crystal clear lake. Her perfect lips curved into a smile as she heard the birds sing and felt the cool breaze hit her. Her eyes fluttered closed as her long dirty blonde hair blew off of her slender shoulders. Stacy's emerald eye's slowly opened as she looked at the rest of the people.

"Its been a long time since I've been in a place like this." She said

Jack got up and rubbed his eyes, "get use to it Stac...we don't know how long we'll be here."

kyle layed down and relaxed
