all I know is that he began a one man vigilante war against corrupt businessmen, and he has some staff with some kind of power either in the staff or on his glove cuz it was like glowing with a sphere of blue black energy

Equipment: Extendible metal staff to project electric bolts and assist in acrobatic maneuvres. Staff projects wings to allow moderate-powered flight.
Weapons: None other than his staff.

He's not.....not anymore for a long a time now. He's like prowler, beaten by spidey then turned as one of his allies.
