It didn't appear to be populated at all where he fired it. Just where Colossus and Thor were. And I assume Clint figured Thor would be alright.

That, and it's a comic book. If Clint says it's localized, that means it will dissipate without any side effects, otherwise he wouldn't have used it.

Is that it? I don't read the Ultimates. Does he just use normal arrows in that?

He's only used arrows like two times in Ultimates...plus they probably had files of X-Men and came prepared. He had the adamantium-tipped serum arrow prepared for Ultimate Hulk too. I don't see anything funny in Ultimate War...Ult. Thor and Iron Man are just pussies compared to their 616 versions...

I don't know why everyone thinks that. I don't think they're pussies at all. They were just arrogant. They're both still mad powerful, but they just assumed they were better than Colossus. They realized their mistake when Colossus kicked their asses. If they met again, it wouldn't turn out the same way.
