The issue I have with those shows (besides them being turd) is that the guy/girl who they bring out, always seems to pretend to be unaware that he was gonna be discussing "personal issues" on a TV show.

It's worse if he knew.

If my girl said "We're going somewhere to discuss this." I wouldn't exactly go without asking where. If I found out it was a show such as that, I'd be out the door quicker than lightning. Not that I'd ever be there.
