I was fumbling for the name, it was on the tip if my tounge. And Ditto.

This is a tough one. In the ROTK movie, the eagles managed to kill a few Fellbeasts through the element of surprise. However, I say that the Fellbeast will win because it is a mixture between dragon and serpant.

Wel lthe eagles are faster than the fell beats, but the ebats are deifnantly stronger.
