No she is not, but Goldberry is a mysterious being whose place in Tolkien's mythology isn't easy to establish. She seems to be some kind of river-spirit, though some have conjectured that both Tom and Goldberry belong to the order of the Maiar. So i vote Goldberry🙂

Yes as you said what she is isn't really established. So it doesn't count uif she wins cause gor all we know she could be just a harmless sirit. She can have absolutly no lethal owers at all.
