My anxiety sucks at the moment too but I think it is getting better.

Have u tried Bach rescue remedy? I think it really helps me. Just a few drops on the tongue or one of their pastilles.

I've been taking ativan and it works extremely well but it's highly addictive and difficult to get prescribed in Germany. In the US they give it out so easily disgust My psychiatrist wants me to take an antipsychotic.. for anxiety awebrow because it's not addictive
