New Topic 'woes' IT'S A TRAGEDY

I think I am being toy'd with. I can access any realm of KMC with no prob'. But, when I try to go to the OTF, all I get is the 'New Topic' choice, and nothing else appears. This can make a guy wonder as to what the feck is going on?
