Lady Death isn't as powerful as Spawn though.....not under current standards.

Lady Death does not have any feats comparable to Spawn guys, sorry. She has beaten some pretty powerful people, but still...her feats dont compare to Spawn's.

I don't see Lady Death winning this one. Why? It's simple. Since there was no specification for the versions of characters, they go by their strongest form. And Spawn at his strongest is someone that is hard to be taken down. Lady Death goes down badly.

what feats does lady death have though?

She can take any life in the universe and I don't know the other stuff. The Marvel Handbook says everything she got is on 7 except for the fighting skills.
