adam doesnt have one power of one god he has the powers of all the egyptain gods.

No - like Captain Marvel, he has one power from six different gods. He's super-strong, super-tough, super-fast on the ground and the air, super stamina, plus magic prevents him from needing air, food or water.
Perun is a full god, with super-strength and toughness, flight, magic weapons ( hammer and sickle) and is master of the storm.
Perun has energy projection (lightning) and h2h weapons; Adam likely has an edge in speed, and perhaps strength.
