boba fett vs darth vader

Ok, I've heard so many comments that fett could beat darth and darth can beat fett, so I've decided to let all you nerds out there argue right here over the winner and why they would win. Takes place on tatooine (don't know if I spelt that right but you get the idea), no running away, no flying away, this is a fight to see who goes down first, now who wins?

How can Fett beat Vader? he just crushes his windpipe and catches Fett's blasts like he did against Han.

Why didn't Vader kill Fett when he met him?
What.. Do you live in a videogame reality or something? Why would Vader just kill everybody he meets even when he uses them for his dirty works?

Look, Vader either punches away the blasts like rocky in a fight and would use the force to kill Fett or he would pull out his lightsaber and return all fire as is the expertise with his style of fighting.
