In the grocery store I work at we have Strawberry Jam and Strawberry Jelly, made by the same company, sitting next to each other on the shelf. They are 2 different products because they are not the same.

But Brits scare me. fear

I found an answer!!!

Jellies are made of fruit juices and sugar and are jelled enough to be shimmeringly firm. No particles of fruit are seen in jellies. Jams are made from crushed or ground fruit and have enough jell to hold their shape. Preserves contain whole fruits or large pieces of fruit in a slightly jelled syrup. Marmalades are clear jellies in which pieces of citrus or other fruits are mixed. Conserves consist of mixed fruits and citrus, with raisins and nuts.

You're a nut Ken 😐

Jam has seeds and shit in it and is slightly less solid. Jelly has no seeds and is usually made from grapes.

Ick 😛
Jello me anyday.

THat's not Jello.

That's water, gelatin, and goddamn food coloring.

i like syrup ✅
