Question about Friday 13th p2

Can anyone tell me what happened to Ted &Paul in friday the 13th Part 2 were they killed off screen or what ?

Yeah i thought that then i wondered if maybe he staggeredback to the camp to get his stuff then got killed. Anyway i hope they both died.

i dont think paul is dead cause at the end jason attacks ginny but we learn in part 3 it was just a dream and we see him and ginny leave so he could be alive

In part 3 do you see Paul. I remember the end of P2 Ginny was shouting where's Paul but no one answered her.
