Can you fill me in by what you mean by super speed.

I have never seen him run or move incredibly fast. (or never paid attention if he has)

I don't think that he has a super speed power, but has a degree of implied super speed as he as fought Superman and shouldn't be able to hit Superman otherwise

Not really. I was just guessing since he's actually managed to hit supes I'd figured he'd have to have had at least some speed. Never read anything Lobo.

They doesn’t mean he can travel 1,000 miles per hour unaided but
His reaction time is extremely fast.

But if he has such a fast reaction time why is he always getting hit by bullets? This is what I mean by contracting

Another example is he can take a megaton nuclear explosion like nothing happened with no visible injuries, .but regular bullets can injure him.

Vary contradicting character……..yup.

Bullet's? Who the hell with that much power bothers to move out of the way of bullets?
