if you dont know what i mean by rate that sig all you have to do is rate the sig on top of you on a scale 1 to 10. have fun and if you dont like the sig nop rude comments

Seems like it would be good to have a "Make suggestions to the person above you, to help them Improve their Signature" Thread. Would That be Legal? Or does the Sig/Help thread full-fill this?
