If the Spiderman movies are family films then there is no possible way that Carnage will ever appear.

I truly doubt that Carnage will be in a Spiderman movie. He may could be in the Venom spin-off movie, but he'll have to dumbed down.

He shouldn't be dumbed down, these aren't family films & they shouldn't be either. Carnage should be interpreted as close to the comics as possible.
