No need for her Since GG is dead and Peter met MJ and Is with MJ before introduced Gwen only in it to use as the Ultimate version of Eddie Brock as potential girlfriend then there was not indication she was with him also she can't be killed of carnage will not be in 4 since he is not family material and Rami hated venom because of his "Lack of humanity" Now imagine Carnage no need for her only in it for a few minutes
