Spider-Man 4 Discussion

Well Ok carnage was a tiny amount of humour but I found some of the Venom Lines Strange and I liked how Spidy kept annoying Venom by calling him Eddie before he snapped

When Venom snapped it was cool

Yeah I bet if you could have seen peter's face he would be smirking and if you could have seen Eddie's boiling with rage, That was one of my favorite parts of The Alien Costume Part 3, I felt sorry for Venom having to put up with that but it was cool

Why would Pete be smirking?

Because he annoyed Venom and saw it got to him.

He wasn't trying to annoy him though...he was trying to talk some sense into him

I mean both Eddie and the Alien are unstable and he Mocks them constantly and it fuels him to keep insulting him

Failing to call him by his name ect.
and to get to him just makes him mock him more and more

Why would he want to talk sense into him?

So that Eddie would get rid of the symbiote.

If he want's to be with the Alien Why should he try to stop him, he should talk to him about him to being a hero but not trying to seperate from the symbiote that would just make things worse.

Because with the symbiote spider-man wasn't the same, he was more violent, more aggressive...he saw a side of himself he didn't like...the symbiote was dangerous and spider-man was worried that Venom/Eddie would lash out at innocent people and hurt them

Well it seemed they were fine together, just wanted to hurt him because he hurt them, even Eddie said he would have been a hero afterwards, and they seemed happy enough

When did Eddie say he would be a hero...I don't remember that.

But I can see what you are saying, he could have got alot more aggressive in his pursuit to try and kill Spider-man

Venom did go to where Pete was living and even went and started talking to MJ...he was basically threatening spider-man, spidey knew Venom wanted to hurt him and was worried that Venom would hurt the people he loved like Aunt May and MJ just to get to him
