I don't like Morlun, he is a NEW 2001 villain, No he has never been in a game or cartoon, and to put him in would be difficult, but if people like him he should be considered however, when Mysterio is in one film and Venom gets his own I will be done with the Movies. Unless of course they make a Venom sequel.
