I doubt he will be in 4, but I wish him to be in 4 to.

I think it will like so:

4: Lizard and Mysterio
5: Carnage who was introduced at the end of 4
6: Morlun

So just Carnage in 5, he is the sort of villain you can NEVER have on his own, look at all the issues he has appeared in, never has he appeared on his own.
