He might have done...just cause they didn't meet on screen doesn't mean they didn't know each other...a scene with them talking woulda been useless and boring

Yeah, because the trailers made the movie look great.

They mostly showed venom, I think they showed all of the venom fights in the trailer.

Although the movie didn't turn out as good as it could have, I still actually liked it. Purchased the DVD and everything.
