I would start with The Buddha in the Mirror:

Remember that Nichiren lived in 13 century Japan, so he never heard of the bible. He bases his teaching on a book called the Lotus Sutra. The Lotus Sutra is the book Jesus studied when he traveled to India (if you believe that, which I do). The lotus Sutra is about 500 years older then the Torah (first 6 books of the OT).
